Our work

Case studies: the problem, the solution, the engineering, the outcome.

Every entry here is labelled by what it is — a product we operate, a client project, or a demonstration — so you can judge the evidence for what it is. Each case study covers the problem, the solution, the engineering challenges, the implementation and the verifiable outcome.

Client work

Client projects.

No client case study is published yet. Some engagements are covered by confidentiality agreements; we are glad to walk you through relevant work on a call, and we add a case study here as soon as a client agrees.

Demonstrations

Demonstrations and concept projects.

Nothing is published in this category right now.

Products in development

Built by GeezSoft, not yet operated for real users.

Listed so you can see what is coming, and labelled honestly: a case study follows once a system runs somewhere and its outcome can be verified.

Tena dashboard for a demonstration clinic: today’s visits, new and returning patients, average wait, the live queue, lab results to verify, prescriptions to dispense, bills waiting at the cashier and daily collections
Clinic and hospital management system In development

Tena

Patient flow, clinical records, laboratory, pharmacy and billing for health facilities, in one system that runs without the internet.

  • Patient flow: check-in, department queues with daily tickets, priorities, transfers between departments and live wait times
  • Clinical workspace: vital signs with out-of-range flags, consultation and nursing notes that cannot be edited once signed, diagnoses, allergies with prescribing warnings and printable prescriptions
  • Laboratory: test catalog with reference ranges, orders from the consultation, sample tracking, result entry with automatic flags, verification by a second person and critical-value alerts

What a case study here must contain

The same five questions, every time.

  1. The problem the organization faced, in operational terms
  2. The solution that was built, and what was deliberately left out
  3. The engineering challenges and how they were handled
  4. How it was implemented: migration, rollout, training
  5. The outcome, stated only where it can be verified
